At Naseem Perfume, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and shipping carton to ensure the glass bottle and delicate components are protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our olfactory experts inspect the returned item to ensure it remains unused, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
